Anthony explained how a new government initiative can help small business achieve success.
Anthony comes from a background of running the Fig Café in Paynesville, and then an online website business.  He is now part of workmyownway.com.au, (WMOW) which is funded by the Department of Employment to empower small businesses.

Sixty percent of businesses fail in their first 3 years, and only 8% survive 10 years.  Reasons for failure are usually cash flow issues, growing too quickly and lack of knowledge.

MYOW’s aim is to help new businesses succeed.  They will assist, at no cost to participants, new, small and family business owners, or unemployed potential entrepreneurs. They offer mentoring events, business coaching, professional services and skill-building workshops.

For anyone who feels they could benefit from this sort of business support, Anthony can be contacted for an appointment at www.workmyownway.com.au

Anthony is also a member of the Rotary e-club Latitude. It has a huge live event on Monday 29thJuly 2019 @ 7PM, with speaker Dr Stephanie A. Urchick.  It will be the biggest online event Latitude 38 has ever done.

Leah thanked Anthony for his rapid fire address, and congratulated him on his rigid compliance with the time guidelines.  The bulletin editor is still recovering from RSI in her fingers.
